Alvin D’Souza heads up the Sydney practice for Strictly Super. Alvin has over 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry specializing in corporate superannuation in various administration, consulting and business development roles.

Alvin is extremely passionate about superannuation and about encouraging members to take an active interest in their super. Additionally, he works very closely with employers to ensure their super fund remains competitive, contemporary and attractive.

Alvin holds Superannuation Management qualifications through Macquarie University, a Diploma in Financial Markets through the Securities Institute of Australia and has completed the Diploma in Financial Services (FP).

Catherine jointly established Strictly Super with Marc, and is based from our Brisbane office. Having been in the industry for over 17 years, and studied for 10+ of these years, she has a passion for helping employers and members to set strategies that work. Catherine assists employers, researches products and manages special projects.

Catherine holds a BA in Management, Diploma in Superannuation, and will complete her final unit in the Advanced Diploma of Financial Service (Financial Planning) shortly.
