Strictly Super has been assisting employers and their employees since 2002. Based in North Sydney NSW our dedicated professional staff have over 70 years combine experience in the superannuation industry to assist and guide our client and members.
We are commitment to excellent service and are transparency in what we do and act in best interest for our clients and members .
Our clients are successful organisations across Australia that focus on developing their core business. They realise that motivated staff provide both improved productivity and strategic advantage. At Strictly Super we focus on delivering top flight superannuation services to our clients and, in so doing, help them achieve their prime objectives in relation to business outcomes.
Our prime purpose is to deliver unequalled benefits to employers and employees in recognition of the significant outlays – financial and administrative – associated with superannuation.
We are both structured and committed to acting on behalf of clients, not financial institutions. We act in the best interest of out clients, not that of financial institutions. Our clients receive input from us that reflects their specific needs, objectives and requirements. The superannuation industry is territory which we understand, know intimately and within which we have gained our education, experience and expertise. We know it backwards.
Managing Director/ Principle Financial Adviser
I joined the Finance Industry nearly 30 years ago, it was somewhat memorable as coincided with that of the 1987 Stock Market crash. Despite the timing, I directed my knowledge and energy towards helping our very busy clients have the best possible chance in reaching their financial goals.
I have always lived in Sydney with my better half Anne-Maree and enjoy learning all that I can about life from my two daughters. I also enjoy traveling and all types of sport, particularly soccer, tennis and ballroom dancing.
Group general Manager
After starting my career in small and medium businesses in 1999, I entered financial services in 2001 and have held various management positions in AMP, Macquarie and Asteron working in Sales and strategic marketing. In Noall & Co we must be agile and responsive to accommodate our client needs, my role ensures we are doing this by constantly evolving our offer to include new and unique ways of supporting our clients with both digital efficient solutions and good old fashion customer service, nothing beats a great client experience!
When I am not in the office, I am at home on the Northern Beaches of Sydney usually surfing up and down the peninsular, if not at the beach in the garden. I love all aspects of music and I try to attend as many concerts as I can across all genres of music. Along with listening I am also playing guitar or anything else I can get my hands on that makes a sound as music has been a great passion of mine for many years.
My degree was in education and after working for 10 years as a primary school teacher decided to leave teaching to raise our two daughters. Once they had both started school I returned to work in our company as the finance director which I have been doing for 15 years.
Family is very important to me and I think that's why our company has been around for 25 years, as our clients are like family and we want the best for them. Outside work I love to travel, read, watch old movies and spend time with family and friends.
I have over 20 years of experience in financial services across all market segments and just like many of our clients, I am parent, a partner, a son, a friend, a work colleague and understand the responsibilities of this can be a juggling act.
My passion is guiding clients to financial freedom via practical cash flow management, I undertake to work in partnership in helping clients through the juggle of achieving their financial goals and objectives. Our success to me is when our clients value what we do and why we do it.
At home, I try to achieve an equal balance of time with family, friends, watching some sport, and enjoying a nice meal and a glass or two of wine.
